Rovo is an AI-powered platform from Atlassian that connects AI workflows with organizational knowledge through the Teamwork Graph, offering personalized and actionable search, chat, AI agents, and Studio experiences.
Rovo will soon be available to users on the Standard, Premium, or Enterprise Cloud plans for Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, or Teamwork Collection.
All Rovo features—including search, chat, Studio, and Agents—are currently available to Premium or Enterprise Cloud plan users of Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Teamwork Collection.
To fully utilize all of Rovo’s AI features (including search, chat, agents, and Studio), an Atlassian Cloud Premium or Enterprise plan is required. If you’re not ready to migrate to the cloud yet, the upcoming Rovo Data Center Connector (for Confluence Data Center and Jira Data Center) will support data synchronization between Data Center and Cloud, allowing you to leverage cloud AI features while retaining your existing infrastructure. However, you will still need a Premium or Enterprise Cloud subscription to use Rovo’s AI features.
You can experience Rovo for free by trying out the Premium or Enterprise plans for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
AI features are enabled by default in the Premium and Enterprise plans. If you’re not ready to enable AI, your organization’s administrator can disable it. Once disabled, basic features like search and Studio will still be available, but AI-powered search and chat functionalities will be disabled.
